Prior to starting Guardian, Mr. Holland started two independent PE firms (Spartan Capital & Ellsworth Partners) and before that he worked at The Watermill Group and Linx Partners.
During 15 years acquiring and growing small and medium businesses he's seen a lot of what drives success for buyers.

Mr Holland has a Harvard MBA. He also graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College. He is highly sought after as a public speaker, expert witness, and conference speaker.
