Fred Beasley

Fred Beasley is President of Beasley Real Estate Services and has been a been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 39 years. Has been a member of the prestigious Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) since 1999. Fred began his career with CBRE in 1985 as an industrial specialist in their Tampa office, afterwards joined national developer Trammell Crow Company as an industrial associate representing Crow's institutional client's developments and interests in the Orlando market. Thereafter, Fred spent 12 years with Orlando boutique developer and brokerage firm ComTech Properties acting as fee developers, consultants, and transaction brokers for indusktrial and office clients. Fred's last corporate stop was with Colliers International as Director of Investment Sales specializing in industrial and office investment sales from 2009 thru 2014, then launched his company BRES. During his career Fred has completed hundreds of sale and lease transactions for family office, private equity, and institutional clients. Fred was trained in ARGUS financial modeling and providing in-depth underwriting skills for income producing properties.

Fred also has a deep understanding and knowledge of ownership and investment being an investor in a variety of commercial properties in central Florida over the past 30 years including industrial/warehouse, office/retail, and multi-family property types. This ownership knowledge greatly benefits his clients given personal in-depth understanding of property management, financial accounting, debt sourcing process, underwriting, construction, and enhancing property values.

Fred graduated from Florida State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Finance and was a lacrosse player. Fred's primary hobby and passion is auto racing and has won three U.S. national championships in his career, with numerous regional U.S. championships. Fred also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the western North Carolina mountains and inshore saltwater fishing around Tampa Bay area.
