I’m Keith Lewis, founder of the Carbon Neutral Growth Fund. My story is rooted in family and innovation. From an early age, I had a passion for building and creating, which eventually led me to earn a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Growing up near Point Pleasant, New Jersey, in a family of real estate flippers, I learned early how vision and determination transform overlooked properties into thriving vacation rentals. Although my initial career was as a sales engineer in aerospace and medical device—where I contributed to groundbreaking projects like Lockheed Martin’s F-22—I could never shake my passion for real estate.
My defining moment came in 2008 during the crash. While many developers faced bankruptcy, my bank called and told me to turn in the keys with no recourse, I stood firm, completing the project and turning a profit. That experience proved one thing: I never quit.
Fast forward to 2019, I recognized Florida’s homes weren’t built to withstand increasingly severe weather. Driven by the desire to create a safer future for my then 7-year-old son and families everywhere, I found steel frame and fire-resistant, magnesium oxide wallboard and health-focused construction. Today, steel-framed homes, built with magnesium oxide walls, offer unmatched safety, sustainability, and indoor air quality.
Leveraging deep relationships and off-market insights developed over 17 years in South Florida, I've transformed undervalued properties into high-demand assets in rapidly appreciating neighborhoods around West Palm Beach.
