Kenn Gluckman joined Moran Kidd in 2017.  Kenn practices in the firm’s Transactional Department. With a diverse background in transactional law and litigation, Kenn represents a wide variety of businesses focusing on providing critical advice and transactional guidance. Specifically, Kenn focuses on company formation, corporate governance, company agreements, buying and selling businesses, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital raising, employee issues, franchise operations, and commercial real estate. Kenn holds the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® rating, which is the highest possible rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability. Kenn previously worked for a management-side labor and employment law firm, one of the top ten largest commercial law firms, and his own small business law boutique firm focusing on general business representation.
