Mike McCracken has been the founder of many companies throughout his career including McCracken Alliance Corporation, McCracken Alliance Partners (MAP), McCracken Institute for Advanced Learning in Finance (MI), and Cogiliti LLC, all of which focus on the critical aspects of designing, building and executing the responsibilities of the Office of the CFO. All of the initiatives, programs and services utilized and offered by the McCracken group of companies stem from the McCracken Institute’s 10 Pillars of Finance™ as the building blocks for pursuing their mission to clients.

MAP provides CFO and financial leadership services to companies undergoing transition and complex change that need highly skilled project and interim leadership. MA has been instrumental in operating financial leadership networks and programs across the United States by partnering with leading universities. This provides a unique platform for participants, university faculty and the business community to engage in an ongoing sharing of knowledge and experience in support of advancing financial leaders. Notable programs include Leadership Finance® and Leading the Office of the CFO™, both of which support the growth of finance leaders in their journey to broader roles in finance. Recognition is a key component of leadership development, so MA created the FLY Awards™ sponsored by notable universities and leaders in the finance communities to recognize finance teams and finance individuals for meritorious successes.
