Jordan Isham, Co-Founder of My Tennessee Home Solution, is
responsible for the overall vision, brand, and revenue of the company.
He is most passionate about aligning the right people and resources with
a set of mutually beneficial goals to experience fulfillment together. For
that reason, he prioritizes alignment, purpose, growth, and impact with
the team.

Hailing from a small town in Vermont, Jordan graduated from West Point
and currently serves as an Infantry Officer in the Army. He aims to use the
wealth generated from real estate to serve as a force for Good, fueled by
his faith in God.

Having led the acquisition of over 100 properties with the company,
Jordan also led the acquisition of a $3 million dollar hotel in
Chattanooga, and simultaneously owns many personal properties. My
Tennessee Home Solution has completed $10 million in transaction
volume in the last year with $2-3 million in revenue per year.

Charles Chandler is the COO of My Tennessee Home Solution. He is originally from Alabama and graduated from West Point in 2017 as an Infantry officer. He is married to his wife Emily and they are currently expecting their first child in December of 2022.
